Penny was previously Chief Investment Officer and Group Director at Investa. Previously, Penny led Investa`s investment management function, was fund manager of the ASX-listed Investa Office Fund (IOF), fund manager of the diversified Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF), Head of Capital at Dexus in Sydney and Head of UK and European equities at Lendlease in London. Generally, outside lawyers want feedback from their clients. But when Karen Pedersen, general counsel at Lendlease Group, calls on outside law firms, she wants to hear from firms about how their employees work together and whether the Australian-based international real estate and investment firm can do better. Toby was appointed Construction Group Leader in November 2021 and is responsible for defining and overseeing Lendlease`s global construction program. Bill has extensive global experience as a senior technology executive and entrepreneur in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Lendlease, Bill worked for GE in California, where he served as both President and CEO of GE Digital and Chief Digital Officer of GE. Bill led GE`s transformation into a digital industrial company, increasing digital product revenue 2.5x and dramatically improving digital program productivity. Prior to joining Lendlease in early 2018, Peter was General Counsel at The Continuum Company and Lehman Brothers, after working for several years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He brings over 20 years of legal experience and expertise in real estate, finance, construction and corporate law to his current role. In 2016, Tony was appointed Chief Executive Officer Asia, based in Singapore. As part of the realignment of Lendlease Asia`s growth strategy, Tony led a number of key initiatives to drive future growth. Recent achievements include the completion of the $3.7 billion mixed-use Paya Lebar quarter in Singapore, the establishment of a $1 billion data center joint venture with a major institutional investor, and the successful listing of SGD 1 billion global REITs on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Toby has held leadership positions in the Australia and Asia regions. As Managing Director, Project Management and Construction, Asia, Toby was responsible for securing and delivering all design and construction projects in the Asia region, while leading the rapid expansion of this construction company. As Managing Director of Lendlease`s Services, he was responsible for the strategic direction and execution of some of Australia`s largest and most complex asset management, specialty operations and maintenance projects. David has over 27 years of experience at Lendlease in development, design, financing, public-private partnerships, and asset and property management. He has worked in key residential, commercial, retail and retirement real estate sectors and has led numerous major urban renewal projects with governments, institutional investors and private sector partners. David has led many of Lendlease`s largest developments and has held leadership positions for Lendlease in Europe, Asia and Australia. Deb joined Lendlease in July 2021 and is based in Sydney. Dale was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Lendlease Australia in July 2021 and is based in Sydney. He joined Lendlease in 1988 and has held several senior positions within the company in Australia, the United Kingdom, China and the United States. This Act, passed on March 11, 1941, created a system that would allow the United States to lend or lease war materiel to any nation deemed “vital to the defense of the United States.” In support of the bill, Secretary of War Henry L. Stimson told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee during the lend-lease debate, “We buy. No loan. We buy our own security as we prepare. Because of our delay over the past six years, as Germany prepared, we stand unprepared and unarmed in the face of a carefully prepared and armed potential enemy.
