I thought I had exceeded the 10% limit and never had a ticket for them and I get stopped like 10 times with them and I`m in 4~roadblocks. Oh and most importantly, if you`re a politician, legislator, governor, and 100 million other government positions, you`re exempt from all these stupid rules.
