The role of the court clerk is to coordinate the operation of the Jackson County Circuit Court, including the financial portion of this system. Our goal is to provide a fast and efficient service to the public and all stakeholders. We strive to help and assist other county and state authorities by coordinating our services. Filing of all legal proceedings, including: divorce/legal separation, family, criminal, civil, small, road and preliminary injunctions, jury management and public access terminal. Payment of all fines and forfeiture, including preparation of payment schedules and salary allowances.
