Under this Agreement, I hereby authorize the Bank or the Company to disclose information about me, my payroll account and transactions to the Company or the Bank for as long as the above payroll agreement with the Company remains in effect or even after its termination, provided that it relates to information relating to my payroll account or payroll transactions, or upon receipt of notice from the Company`s Bank regarding my resignation, termination, termination of employment or termination of this Agreement. I also authorize the Bank to disclose and share information about me, my payroll account and transactions with its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, directors, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, service providers and other respective persons or organizations engaged by the Bank or its subsidiaries or affiliates, as applicable. Bank Statements – Statements showing transactions and balances relating to your Account(s) and such other banking products, services and facilities may be provided by the Bank in its sole discretion and subject to laws and regulations: (i) for current accounts and accounts where the Bank decides to provide a bank statement, by mail or otherwise to your most recent postal or email address; or (ii) in your maintenance store, via “bank statement at any time”; or (iii) through the Banking Channels or any of them. For chequing and other accounts where the Bank chooses to provide a bank statement, you agree that if no such statement has been received within ten (10) calendar days of your statement deadline, it will be at your maintenance branch to request such a copy or use the appropriate channels for viewing.

We may change or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to keep pace with changes in the laws and regulations that apply to us or the way we collect, use, protect, store, share or dispose of your personal information. All relevant updates will be posted on the BPI website. (iii) for any loss or damage, whether caused or caused by unauthorized or fraudulent access to or use of your debit card, service, facility or BPI channel, or (directly or indirectly) as a result of litigation or other matters or circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, the failure of a computer, machine, data processing system or transmission link or BPI debit cards or ATM or ATM, as well as the interruption or unavailability of ATM services in other countries (whose services are subject to local regulations), temporary insufficiency of funds in such machines or otherwise; 12. Signature Cards – You agree to complete and submit signature cards containing your signature samples or those of your authorized signatory(ies) with certification by the company secretary/managing partner/competent agent duly appointed, if it is a legal entity, as well as the Customer Information Sheet (CIS) and other bank forms required in the manner and frequency required by the Bank. existing laws and/or applicable BSP and AMLC regulations.

Transactions outside the Philippines are made in the currency of the institution that owns the ATM, point of sale, or e-commerce/online merchant from which these transactions were made. Right of disposal and destruction of documents – The Bank reserves the right to dispose of and destroy all documents relating to the accounts or your instructions within a period permitted by the relevant laws, rules and regulations and/or after microfilming or illustration.

2. Other Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations – The terms and conditions contained herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the Statutes, Regulations and Practices of the Bank brought to your attention through publications, postings, advertisements, posters, including publication on the Bank`s website or otherwise. by e-mail, fax or other electronic transmission, including a short message service or similar means of delivery, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
