These are great tools for personal growth. Systems are conscious, intentional and practical. They really work, no matter what their profession, talent or experience. You improve your performance. It`s rare that you find someone who commits to a comprehensive personal growth plan in their 30s, 40s or more. Good outward movements with bad internal motivations will not bring lasting progress. Speaking straight externally with bad inner thinking will not bring lasting success. Outward expressions of attention with a heart of hatred or contempt inside will not bring lasting peace. Continuous growth and lasting success are the result of guiding the inside and outside of our lives.
