Elaine has been with Glasgow City Council since 1990, where she articled and then worked as a barrister in the Corporate Law team for several years until she was appointed Executive General Counsel, Corporate and Real Estate. Elaine has been involved in a number of key projects: the development and review of a number of Council EOLOs; the development of the athletes` village for the Dalmarnock Commonwealth Games; the implementation of the Future City Glasgow programme, which has launched a number of new smart city projects; Development of governance around the Glasgow and Clyde Valley City Deal. Most recently, Elaine was part of the project team involved in the refinancing of the real estate portfolio of one of her Aleos and in the sale and release of a number of community properties to support equal pay payments. Total private funding of over £646 million has been secured from three donors. Jenni has served on Aberdeen City Council since 2017, where she served as the Licensing Legal Team Leader before being appointed Manager of Legal Services in 2019. Prior to that, Jenni worked for several years as a family lawyer in private practice. Jenni`s current role includes overseeing legal teams, including assets, litigation, regulatory and compliance, as well as planning, environment and licensing. Jenni also leads the election team.

Siobhan is also Chair of the SOLAR Working Group on Adult and Community Care. Peter is Strategic Officer – Regulatory and Oversight Officer at West Dunbartonshire Council, with current responsibilities including Law, Democratic Services and Elections. He has been working in local government since 1993, mainly as a litigator. Prior to West Dunbartonshire, he served on the councils of East Ayrshire and Renfrewshire. He has been a civil servant at SOLAR since 2015.
